Lavender, Spike

Price: Starting at $14.50
Wildcrafted, Flower Tops, Spain

Great for falling asleep or after-workout massages, but the camphor content is high so it's not suitable for wound healing and burns.

Product Options:

Spike Lavender essential oil is steam distilled from the wild-crafted flowering tops of the Lavendula spica, which grows in the Mediterranean region. It is also called "aspic" because of its use against the venom of the Egyptian cobra (asp). The aroma is similar to lavender except clearer and fresher. It is used to treat colds and other respiratory ailments. It is also helpful in treating joint pain, headaches and painful menses. It has been added to skin care products and also may work as an insect repellent.

I have used this product for years & luv luv luv it! I have severe allergies to dust/dirt/pollens. Using lavender spike in a diffuser not only makes the house smell great, but REALLY clears my sinuses. And at night a couple of drops on my pillow keeps me clear through the night. It's also fantastic on bug bites, particularly mosquitoes. Just rub a little on & the itching is relieved & the bites disappear quickly. Even though a little pricey, it's worth every penny!
