If you ever buy a product from Amrita you are unhappy with, please return it for a refund or credit within 30 days of the ship date. You may also return unopened products for a refund or credit within 30 days of the ship date.

Please Note: Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. Additionally, in cases of a return, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs to send an item back to us, unless the return is a result of our error.

Returns are required to have a return authorization number issued by our office in order to be received by our warehouse.
 

Easy Returns

 
In order to return an item, you must request a return authorization (RA#)  within 30 days of the ship date of the original order. If you would like to return an item, please call us toll-free at 1-800-410-9651 or email us at returns@amrita.net to obtain a return authorization, as well as  instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office.

When sending an item(s) back, please note on the original packing slip which items you are returning and whether the item(s) is a) unopened or b) used. In the case of an allergic reaction, please note on the packing slip brief details of the allergic reaction you experienced and which products you reacted to.
 

Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded. In the case of a return resulting from an allergic reaction, we ask you to bear the cost to ship the item back to us. If you wish to try a different product, we will pay the shipping to send the replacement item to you.
 
Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund or credit. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have an unopened item in it's original condition/packaging and would like to exchange it, please follow the above procedure to return it and get a refund; then place a new order for the new items you want.

If by mistake we ship you the wrong item, or the item you received is damaged, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us or send a courier to pick up the item at our expense. We will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
