Dr. Christoph Streicher answered this as follows:
I would recommend a blend of 90% Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil and 10% Inula Essential Oil be inhaled regularly using a nebulizing diffuser if possible. In addition, I would recommend Respiratory Health Tri-Essence Power Blend.
