Add essential oils and synergy blend to a diffuser, carrier oil/massage oil, personal inhaler, bath, corners of the shower or cosmetics. Essential oils may be inhaled directly from the bottle, but DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY ON SKIN.
DILUTION RATIOS FOR ADULTS (when added to carrier oil/massage oil to be rubbed onto skin): 2%
Two percent dilution means you can add about 40 to 80 drops to a 4 oz bottle of carrier oil or 5 to 10 drops to a tablespoon of carrier oil.
Essential oils are excellent to use in a relaxing bath before bed. Add 6 to 10 drops to bath water. (Essential oils don't dissolve in water). When diluted in a carrier oil for massage, they're especially helpful when applied topically to the temples, the soles of the feet and pulse points to induce sleep.
Tranquil Sleep Tri-Essence Power Blend
Take 20 to 50 drops in a small amount of water and swallow before bed at night. Take 20-30 drops, 1 to 3 times a day as needed for extreme stress. (This is not an essential oil.)
